Fruit and Veggie Day
Apples will be distributed to students on Tuesday October 16.

General PAC Meeting
The next general PAC meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 17 at 7 pm in the computer room beside the library.

Childcare will be available and all parents and guardians of students enrolled in Heather Park, including parents of Strong Start students, are encouraged to attend.

Volleyball Tournament
Several Volunteers are needed to help organize and run the concession for the volleyball tournament on October 18 from 11am – 2:30pm

BCCPAC Conference
All parents are invited to “Parents as Partners: Building Success in Children’s Education,” hosted by the BC Confederation of Parent Advisory Councils, with support from the Prince George District Parent Advisory Council. The conference will be held at the Prince George Civic Centre, on Saturday, October 20.

The conference features great workshops and presentations of general parent interest such as anti-bullying and school safety, body image and sexuality, as well as supporting your child’s learning, and personalized learning.

Parent Survey
All parents are encouraged to fill out the PAC’s online survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/BQCCGK7

It will take about 3 minutes to fill out and your responses will help to shape the direction your PAC takes this year.

Home Alone Workshop
The Hart Community Association is sponsoring a Home Alone program at Glenview School on Oct 11 from 6-8 pm. The cost is $30.
