This popular safety class is designed for children to prepare for being home alone.

Kids Yoga

Dates: January 24th to March 4th, Mondays
Time: 2:45pm to 3:45pm

Join registered Yoga instructor Brooke Ebert for an introduction to the world of yoga, using fun techniques such as story & song. Participants will not only notice an improvement in strength, stability, coordination and flexibility, but an increase in focus, confidence, emotional stability and self acceptance.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Run Jump Throw

Dates: January 24th to February 28th, 2013
Time: 6-6:45pm

This course teaches children fundamental movement skills that will allow them to be successful in sport as well as encourage a love of sport for the rest of their lives. Through fun and exciting activities, children will be given instruction in the proper techniques for running, jumping, and throwing. With children between the age of three and five being in a major development period in their life, there is no better time to get them acquainted with sport and its basic techniques. So come out and join us for a fun course aimed at giving children the confidence to pursue sport further. (One parent must remain in gym, participation not required.)

Playground to Fairway Gold Program (Parents & Kids)

Ages: 7-12 years old

The Playground to Fairway Golf Program introduces children and beginners to golf through a simple, fun and interactive development system called SNAG. SNAG Golf is all about having FUN while learning the basics of golf. It is a player friendly, first touch development program designed for both children and adults. It incorporates developmentally appropriate equipment that will allow golf to be learned with equipment appropriate for the user. The program builds on strong fundamentals of the different strokes and swings and develops playing ability quickly and effectively. This immediate success keeps new learners wanting to be further involved with golf.
